Dominican Republic to Abacos – log by Jeff Sorrell

We are safe and sound anchored at Green Turtle Cay Bahamas as of Saturday evening around 5:00 PM.  Had an amazing fantastic sail the whole way!!  I will write more details this afternoon.  Thanks to all our family and friends for the thoughts a prayers during our voyage.  That means the world to us!!

We are sailing out of Luperon Dominican Republic this morning, Wednesday March 9th, heading to the Abacos, Bahamas.  It should be a 4 to 5 day ocean crossing.  Our winds look pretty stiff for the first couple days blowing 20 to 25 knots out of the east.  We will be sailing on a beam to
