Another power packed day with our second Sandy Cay Reef dive. Everyone was in awe of this dive. Ask Dan about the barracuda. Then another sailing tacking into the wind. We ended up at Linyard Cay to hike around the south end of the island at low tide. Because the tide was so low the crew were picking up huge Queen conch in about 4 ft. of water! Captain Thomas showed them how we get the delicious meet out of the shell. The Linda ground it up and made an absolutely scrumptious conch spaghetti sauce. The crew loved it. Tomorrow “Chef Nick” will either make a conch salad or conch ceviche out of what is left. The crew will sleep well tonight ~
