Such an amazing week! Thank you to every single Crew member who really stepped up to the plate and worked together in all aspects of running Ciganka! You guys did yourselves proud and we are very proud of you too!

Congratulations Turner our “Conch Award of Excellence” award winner this week. Honestly, Turner was one of the BEST Crew Chiefs we have ever had on board. He is a natural teacher, leader, and thinker with an extremely kind heart.

We were lucky enough to have 2 weeks with Troop 58 “Rain Makers”. This crew was as awesome as the first, yet a heck of a lot less rain and storms, thank goodness!! They became skilled sailors, fantastic snorkelers, and learned all aspects of running Ciganka. Thank you to each and every one of you

Denver won our “Conch Award of Excellence” this week. What a stellar young man that jumps right in to get things done, help his crew mates, engages in great conversation, and has a super attitude. So proud of you!!

This troop also refers to themselves as the “Rain Makers” due to what consistantly happens on most of their excursions. And now that we have had them on board 4 times, they earn this title! This week we had 4 days of severe rain, wind and lightening. We had never seen anything like it. BUT

A somewhat quiet young man that listens to what is being said or explained. And then will execute his part in a big way or help a crew mate in his task. Great job James!!

Thanks to an amazing Crew that kicked it into high gear all week and was so pleasant to be around! If you run into any of the crew ask them about our turtle friend “Scratch”. What an experience!

What an outstanding, polite, hard working, fun young leader! So impressive and so Proud of you Fin ~

This is one of those weeks we will never forget – so incredible! Thank you to each crew member for not only speaking the words of Christ, but showing it in your actions and heart. You have made a big impact this week on Ciganka and in our lives. God Bless ~

Dylan was our Crew Chief on board (not an easy task) and Squirrel Man (which is an important role in sailing). He did such a incredible job in every compacity of his tasks which made a huge difference in how the week ran aboard our ship. So proud of you Dylan!

Honestly such a spectacular week it is hard to put into words – so I won’t even try. God Bless and thank you to each and every one of this amazing Crew!!

This Scout was always so helpful, got the jobs done well, looked ahead to see what needed to be done, and was pleasant as can be every step of the way. We are very proud of you Patrick! Thanks for being such a stellar crew member ~

What a great week of sailing, snorkeling, conching, catching a BIG fish, and lots of laughs!! Thank you Leland for coordinating this adventure for the 3rd time for the Troop! Thank you to the whole crew. It was a real pleasure having you on board!

Way to go Xander – happy attitude every step of the way as he seized each moment every step of the way!! We are so very proud of you ~
